The Right Idea Creates Time and Cost Savings
with "The Right Idea for Business"

Local marketing guru Jayla Boire has introduced a cost effective go-to-market strategy for small and mid-sized business. The facilitated session, "The Right Idea for Business," is delivered via a series of workshops that aligns executive, sales and marketing staff toward rapid deployment of services.

"We found that our clients were consistently spending marketing dollars that yielded little or no growth for their company. A lot of good ideas - and a lot of investment of time and money - seemed to get lost before products and services got to market or contributed to bottom line growth," says Boire. "The Right Idea for Business helps service businesses stay on track as they go to market with their good ideas, integrating efforts in all work groups toward a common goal."

Market tests of the new service, provided by The Right Idea and facilitated by Boire and staffer Jean Ruiter, demonstrated significant cost and timesavings for regional companies.

Info Systems, a twenty year veteran technology services provider, realized a $250,000 savings in incremental and opportunity costs with the facilitated process. "The Right Idea approach is the future of Info Systems," says CEO Mark Stellini. CFO Jay Foggy echoes his sentiment: "We've never been this aligned as an organization launching services in a crowded marketplace. The process has made a difference in the results we achieve, decreasing the amount of time we spend in meetings and getting our services to market."

The Right Idea for Business services were developed to help small and mid-sized businesses develop results driven marketing and communications plans, while keeping marketing goals aligned with business goals. "It's a bottom line solution, and it's intended to create fast growth for our clients," says Boire.

The Right Idea is a marketing communications company serving small and mid-sized business in the mid-Atlantic region. The Right Idea helps companies align business and marketing goals and create the systems and tools to reach them.
